Name it, sign once
Pick a name, a ticker and an optional dev buy of up to 5%. One transaction creates the token, its native-HYPE pool under Lysa’s Uniswap V4 hook and a locked position.

Snipers get 24 seconds of caps
For the first 24 seconds a buy reverts if the buyer would hold more than 5% of supply, or would have bought more than 5.5%. Nobody is exempt, the creator included.

Fees for as long as it trades
Every swap pays the pool’s 1% fee. Anyone can trigger collection: 0.7% of the trade goes to the creator and 0.3% to the protocol.
What the contracts
can’t do.
No mint
Supply is fixed when the token is created. Nobody can print more.
No pause
Nobody can freeze transfers or trading.
No owner
The token has no owner and no admin key.
No LP withdraw
Lysa’s hook holds the position forever. There is no function to pull it.
No exemption list
Nobody is whitelisted around the launch caps, the creator included. A dev buy is capped at 5% like any other buy.
No upgrades
The contracts are immutable. A change ships as a new factory, and launched tokens keep their terms.
One admin switch acts at once: it stops or restarts new launches. Tokens already launched keep trading and paying fees. Nothing else can loosen or redirect money: every other term is fixed in the contracts.
